Beacon Medical Group Pediatric Hematology Oncology & Pediatric Infusion Clinic
Located within Beacon Children’s Hospital in South Bend, our certified pediatric care team delivers Hematology Oncology and Infusion treatment for children. Complex care for patients with chronic or acute illnesses is personalized and coordinated so that treatments minimize the impact of a chronic illness on daily life. Pediatric infusions patients are admitted and discharged in the same day. Therapies are delivered in a comfortable private room equipped with a television, Wi-Fi a variety of toys, games, activity tables and game systems. A full-time Certified Child Life Therapist is on staff to assist with distraction techniques during lab draws and IV starts.
