Beacon Plainwell Lab
Walk-in only. Patients cannot call and schedule advanced appointments. Lab services for a variety of tests are available to both Beacon and non-established Beacon patients. Patients need an active provider order in the system or should bring a paper order with them. Providers outside the Beacon System may fax orders to the office. Outpatient Phlebotomy hours are Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., closing daily from noon to 12:30 p.m. for lunch.
