Located across from Three Rivers High School, PAWS partners with families, Three Rivers Community Schools and community healthcare providers to make comprehensive medical and behavioral healthcare more convenient and accessible. Whether your child needs a well visit, sports physical, treatment for an illness, help managing a chronic condition or behavioral health support, our team is here to care for the whole person. With parent or guardian consent, eligible Three Rivers Community Schools students may receive care during the school day, helping reduce barriers to care while minimizing missed class time and time away from work for parents. If your child already has a primary care provider, we work collaboratively with them to ensure coordinated, continuous care. Services include: Well-child exams and annual wellness visits Sports and camp physicals Sick visits and treatment for minor injuries Chronic disease management Vaccinations and laboratory services Behavioral health counseling Health education and prevention Care coordination and referrals to specialty services
