Procedures* can be facial cosmetic (such as brow lift, facelift, dermabrasion); head and neck (neoplasm) for resectioning after skin cancer, for example; head and neck (trauma) for fractures or injuries; breast (reconstruction and cosmetic); trunk (reconstructive); body contouring (cosmetic, such as liposuction or calf augmentation); body contouring (reconstructive); hand and upper extremity (reconstructive); lower extremity (reconstructive); integument (burns, lesions, deformities); microvascular free tissue transfer; adjacent tissue transfer or rearrangement; repair or closure of wounds; use of injectibles*.
